  • Each order placed on the Site represents a non-binding offer by you to purchase products.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and this constitutes our acceptance of the order.
  • We may refuse orders if there is incorrect information provided, errors in pricing, or if the products ordered are unavailable.
  • If we suspect that an order is intended for resale, we may cancel it.

2. Payment

  • You may pay for your order using credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex) or any other payment method accepted at the time of purchase, such as PayPal or local payment methods.
  • All prices include applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and order value.

3. Pre-Orders

  • From time to time, we may offer pre-order products, which will be dispatched when available. Pre-orders are charged upon ordering, and you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date.
  • Pre-ordered products may differ in appearance from the images shown on the Site, but this does not affect your right to return or cancel as per our return policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will make every effort to deliver products within 15 business days of accepting your order. Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Ownership of the products passes to you once the goods have been delivered.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Non-Personalized Products: You may return or exchange any standard product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in resalable condition with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Personalized Products (such as prescription lenses): Refunds and exchanges do not apply to personalized or prescription items unless they are faulty or defective.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, visit the Exchanges/Returns section on our Site or contact us directly. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • For exchanges, any price difference between the original and new product will be adjusted on the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

6. Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. The right to cancel does not apply to personalized products, including prescription lenses.
  • To exercise your right, you must inform us by submitting a cancellation form or by emailing us with clear notice of your intent to cancel. You must return the products in their original condition to receive a refund.
  • Refunds will not include shipping costs, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

  • If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Contact us through the Exchanges/Returns section on our Site.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, or offer an exchange.
  • If we determine the product is not faulty, it will be returned to you at your expense.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for defects caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made to the product by the customer or third parties.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.
